Bryce Bradley is the founder and CEO of Linx Inc. and has over 12 years of Canadian junior mining corporate development
and investor communications experience. Bryce Bradley joined the advisory
board of Max
Capital in 2005 and was a partner from January 2007 to March 2008. Max Capital is a
Toronto based investment dealer that provides capital raising and advisory services
to late stage private firms and publicly traded companies with a focus on the resource industry.
Bradley also serves as a Director on the Board of Humber
College.
Ms. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree from the University of Toronto.

Wanda Cutler joined Linx Inc. as President in February 2008, bringing more than 13 years of corporate development, communications, investor relations and marketing experience to the role. Throughout her career she has held numerous senior communications and investor relations positions in several public companies including: Pinetree Capital, Mega Uranium and multiple alternative energy companies focusing on hydrogen/natural gas infrastructure, fuel cells and solar technology.
Wanda has extensive experience in creating and managing effective investor and corporate communications programs, branding, website development and executing successful corporate events and tradeshows.
Wanda holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Political Science) from the University of Ottawa.
